This position is based on a hybrid work policy (office and remote).
The Regional Supply Chain Manager will lead sourcing (purchasing), supplier development, cost savings, and operational excellence projects across global business units. The successful candidate will be a seasoned Procurement/Supply Chain/Sourcing professional in
Driving strategic procurement and supplier development within Europe,
Practicing decision-making based on data and analytics in collaboration with the cross-functional team, and
Manage regional and global cost savings projects across CPM business units
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing and supply chain optimization projects for direct materials and outsourced manufacturing partners
Develop new vendors to support CPM growth and cost savings while supporting the CPM business unit qualification of new suppliers
Drive supplier relationship management with the strategic vendors by sharing scorecards and performance metrics for all business units
Create and support procurement strategy on global/regional categories
Manage contracts (terms and conditions review, negotiation, and execution) with key and new partners
Develop and support cost model creation to better manage contract manufacturing partners
Conduct data analysis to find opportunities for cost-reduction projects
Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
Collaborate with corporate and business units Purchasing – Supply chain team to drive best practices and processes
Perform other related duties as needed and assigned
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience, with a preference given to the candidate with the right behaviors: can-do attitude, analytical and problem solver, critical thinking, flexibility, self-managed, team player, thinking outside of the box, entrepreneurial, technical aptitude, financial acumen, and believes in creating value for customers
Six or more years of procurement and/or supply chain experience
Must be able to drive change management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate in English and support global cultural differences
High integrity and ethics
Ability to use ERP system (SAP), MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Power BI
Ability to work on-site with a hybrid remote work policy
Ability to travel domestically and internationally - up to 20%

Zaandam, the Netherlands, or any other CPM business unit's location in Europe for the qualified candidate
